This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the vision and roadmap for AI-driven sales enablement tools.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners in CRM, Point of Sale, and Marketing Automation to synchronize the AI strategy and roadmap.

• Create a build-versus-buy framework in partnership with AI architects.

• Maintain an inventory of AI capabilities within the existing technology stack.

• Assess emerging AI trends relevant to the retail mortgage sales sector.

• Perform structured discovery sessions with Loan Officers and Sales Leaders.

• Convert pain points into quarterly AI use-case roadmaps that are value-ranked, including KPIs and adoption targets.

• Establish success criteria, control groups, and measurement plans.

• Conduct market analyses, compile vendor shortlists, and lead scorecards and proof-of-value pilots.

• Facilitate vendor approvals through AI Risk Advisory, Software Advisory, Legal, Compliance, vendor management, and InfoSec.

• Manage the intake and project management of the vendor approval process.

• Implement risk tiering and fast lanes while escalating higher-risk flows as necessary.

• Map current and future workflows and design in-workflow experiences across various platforms such as CRM, LOS, Point of Sale, Product & Pricing Engine, Marketing Automation, and telephony.

• Define integration patterns and acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams, Product/Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture.

• Develop role-based playbooks, prompt libraries, templates, micro-learning resources, and manager toolkits.

• Establish training programs and branch champion initiatives.

• Work alongside the AI Training and Enablement Specialist on sales training and enablement efforts.

• Assess the adoption and impact of AI and vendor solutions.

• Maintain an Approved AI Vendor Catalog with lifecycle statuses and guardrails/model cards.

• Transform field requirements into BRDs and collaborate with internal Product/AI teams for internal development.

• Generate insights and suggestions regarding policies, processes, procedures, and efficiencies.

• Contribute to both strategic and operational planning.

• Operate under broad guidance with significant autonomy for independent action.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent experience, required.

• At least six years of experience in Product Management, Sales Enablement, or Process Improvement.

• Demonstrated success in launching sales-facing tools with measurable adoption and ROI.

• Practical experience navigating enterprise risk/governance and third-party approval processes.

• AI literacy, including understanding LLM strengths/limits, prompt design, evaluation fundamentals, and concepts of hallucination/guardrails.

• Familiarity with integrations such as APIs, webhooks, SSO/OAuth, and iPaaS.

• Knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems including CRM, Loan Origination System, Point of Sale, Product & Pricing Engine, Marketing Automation, and telephony.

• Proven ability in change leadership and influencing within the field.

• Strong analytical skills including funnel analytics, time-in-motion studies, A/B testing, and business casing.

• In-depth understanding of the mortgage domain, particularly LO processes, lead triage, and pricing/marketing compliance.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities at once.

• Capability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based tools, and various third-party software applications.

• Prosci/ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, Salesforce Admin/Product Owner certifications or experience are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel 5% or less.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday during business hours.
