📋 Description

• Cultivate new business opportunities within a designated territory and actively establish a network.

• Safeguard the interests of both the company and clients by fostering effective relationships with policyholders, Underwriting, Claims, and home office personnel.

• Support Risk Underwriting by collecting pertinent information regarding debtors and/or policyholders.

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals from third parties, trade associations, and various other channels.

• Oversee the complete consultative sales process, from assessing business requirements and submitting applications to pinpointing key accounts and converting applications into policies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Commercial, Risk, and Customer Experience to deliver suitable product offerings.

• Broaden networks via client referrals and personal connections.

• Stay informed about product features, the competitive landscape, and market trends.

• Negotiate and finalize intricate deals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in business management, finance, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in business-to-business sales.

• A proven history of success in similar positions.

• Capability to address objections, persuade, motivate, and influence internal stakeholders.

• Strong negotiation abilities.

• Persistence and capability to thrive in high-performance sales environments.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

• Understanding of business financials and basic credit principles.

• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty Insurance within the first 60 days of employment.

• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and a passion for learning and integrating AI into daily business processes, including Generative AI, data analysis, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT.
