Sales Agent – Insurtech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +10 more locations.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.

• Provide outstanding, consultative customer service experiences.

• Inform customers about potential savings and identify coverage gaps.

• Simplify complex policy information into clear, understandable options.

• Develop customized policy packages from over 55 carrier partners.

• Finalize and confirm coverage agreements.

• Address customer hesitations and concerns to ensure a seamless, transparent purchasing process.

• Relay customer feedback to the product team to enhance app functionality and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service settings.

• Authentic empathy, warmth, and strong active listening abilities.

• Capability to juggle competing priorities while upholding exceptional service standards and attention to detail.

• Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada (hourly employees are restricted to the listed U.S. states).

• Full-time employment is required.

• P&C license must be obtained within 2 weeks of employment start; the company covers the licensing fee.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required in the application.
