Sales Agent – Insurtech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.

• Provide consultative, outstanding customer service experiences.

• Inform customers about potential savings and coverage deficiencies.

• Simplify intricate policy information into understandable options.

• Develop customized policy packages from over 55 carrier partners.

• Complete and secure insurance coverage.

• Address customer concerns and hesitations with empathy.

• Relay customer feedback to the product team for enhancements in the app and service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service settings.

• Authentic empathy, warmth, and strong active listening abilities.

• Capability to balance competing priorities while upholding high service standards and meticulous attention to detail.

• Property & Casualty license expected within 2 weeks of employment; the company will cover the cost.

• Candidates must currently live in an eligible hiring state: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly roles.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is needed now or in the future.
