Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training that includes product basics, effective client communication, and techniques for addressing common inquiries and objections.

• Engage in live sales calls with guidance from a mentor.

• Provide life insurance coverage to families who have expressed a need for assistance.

• Finalize sales and progressively enhance production over time.

• Participate in a commission-based compensation model that includes performance incentives.

⛳️ Requirements

• No previous experience in sales or insurance is necessary.

• Must be a resident of the U.S.

• Capability to successfully pass a background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one.

• Ability to sell life insurance to inbound leads who have already shown interest.

• Consistent dedication to achieving specified production targets.
