This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform inbound leads into clients by showcasing the benefits of coaching and leadership training programs.
• Assist prospective participants with the registration process.
• Address inquiries from potential candidates and participants, resolving any concerns.
• Deliver exceptional Co-Active customer support during every interaction.
• Follow up with existing customers to uncover further opportunities.
• Keep comprehensive records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Meet individual and team conversion goals, contributing to overall sales and revenue objectives.
• Identify and assess organizational opportunities, advancing them towards proposals.
• Conduct targeted outreach to HR, L&D, OD, and Talent leaders via calls, emails, social media, networking, and events.
• Perform needs-based discovery to understand organizational challenges and talent development aspirations.
• Develop and present proposals that align with client values, culture, and business goals.
• Contribute to B2B sales resources, messaging, and strategic playbooks.
• Collaborate effectively with sales and customer success teams.
• Stay informed about program offerings and industry developments.
• Represent the organization at webinars and events.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve customer experiences.
• Provide occasional support beyond regular working hours for webinars.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in consultative sales with a successful track record of closing deals, preferably in education, coaching, training, learning & development, or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of inbound communications (calls, emails, follow-ups) while remaining organized and responsive.
• Experience in qualifying leads using BANT or a similar framework.
• Familiarity with or a strong interest in generating new business through outbound prospecting and relationship development.
• Experience selling to HR, L&D, OD, or Talent leaders, or a solid understanding of how organizations procure learning and development is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and digital sales tools.
• Self-motivated and accountable: capable of managing time effectively, prioritizing inbound demands, and achieving conversion targets while nurturing longer-cycle opportunities.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Completion of coach training, possession or pursuit of an ICF credential, or significant exposure to coaching is strongly preferred.
• Ability to listen attentively, ask insightful questions, and customize messaging for individual and executive audiences.
• Driven and assertive, willing to initiate communication and actions to secure new business.
• Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving challenging performance goals.
• Capable of switching between rapid inbound conversions and extended, multi-stakeholder B2B cycles.
• Familiarity with trends in corporate learning, coaching, and employee development.
• Ability to collaborate across departments with professionalism and humility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Availability for occasional work outside standard hours, such as supporting webinars.
