📋 Description

• Support Claro customers who have previously interacted with the Customer Service channel (123)

• Offer specialized assistance as a secondary line of support

• Assess customer needs effectively

• Clarify benefits, promotions, upgrades, and alternatives for mobile and home services

• Adhere to Claro’s established protocols and quality standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school education

• A minimum of 3 months of relevant experience, as specified in the job title

• Willingness to work the designated full-time or semi-full-time schedules

• High school diploma or equivalent
