This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, create, and maintain sales materials including presentations, decks, case studies, and proposal templates.
• Design and implement sales training programs focused on product knowledge, selling techniques, and competitive positioning.
• Create and oversee sales playbooks, process documentation, and best practice guides.
• Provide continuous coaching and support to sales teams regarding deal strategy and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain a centralized library of sales resources and a content management system.
• Identify skills gaps and establish targeted coaching plans to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for designated regions, territories, or product lines.
• Develop and manage regional marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and pipeline targets.
• Coordinate field events, customer meetings, and promotional activities that drive revenue.
• Manage territory-specific marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Identify market opportunities and create localized activation strategies in collaboration with sales teams.
• Oversee distribution of point-of-sale materials, promotional assets, and marketing collateral.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to guide activation strategies.
• Develop annual activation plans that align with corporate revenue goals and sales forecasts.
• Create metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and enablement ROI.
• Conduct win/loss analysis to pinpoint enablement gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership on messaging and positioning.
• Track and report on sales enablement initiatives, campaign performance, and business impact.
• Monitor the adoption of tools, content, and training programs.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and inform strategic adjustments.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for sales leadership.
• Gather feedback from the sales team and implement ongoing improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales support, sales enablement, field marketing, or account management.
• Proven history of developing and executing successful sales campaigns or enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, Salesforce, sales enablement platforms such as Highspot and Seismic, and B2B selling methodologies.
• Excellent project management abilities and capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• AI-forward experience in building agents and skills across various models.
• Ability to foster strong relationships within sales and marketing teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the capacity to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Preferred background in B2B cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, or similar platforms, or LMS platforms is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is preferred.
• Content creation or design experience is preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Sales or customer-facing background is preferred.
