Sales Account Manager, HVAC Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Conduct sales visits to identify, engage, and retain customers.

• Seek out and attract prescription projects.

• Deliver customer service to installers, distributors, architectural firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, including drafting tasks.

• Coordinate with the prescribing draughtsman/designer.

• Prepare, monitor, and negotiate proposals and projects.

• Maintain relationships with developers, builders, and installers throughout all project phases.

• Provide technical after-sales support and oversee the commissioning of installations.

• Assist various channels with technical support and manage technical after-sales coordination.

• Supervise installations as the project manager at construction sites.

• Contribute to marketing strategies.

• Manage collections and address incidents.

• Generate regular management reports.

• Serve as a liaison between customers and manufacturing.

• Maintain the customer database for the designated area.

• Present company, catalog, and product information.

• Foster customer loyalty.

• Organize technical-commercial training for installers.

• Proven experience with sales visits and customer acquisition/retention.

• Competence in managing and negotiating proposals and projects.
