This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Present LVIS’s AI brain-analysis software to academic medical centers, regional hospitals, community hospitals, clinics, service providers, and private practices across the U.S.
• Provide clear technical explanations while demonstrating clinical and operational value to a variety of stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, which includes pipeline development, forecasting, quoting, and customer onboarding.
• Propel lengthy and intricate sales processes with urgency, consistency, and effective follow-through.
• Generate leads via conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and online platforms.
• Collect customer feedback to facilitate product enhancements and ensure internal alignment.
• Establish strategic partnerships, channel networks, and a broader ecosystem to extend LVIS’s national brain-network footprint.
• Demonstrated success in selling to academic medical centers, hospitals, clinics, service providers, and private practices in the U.S.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, diagnostics, or clinical workflow solutions.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the U.S. for onsite customer meetings, demonstrations, conferences, and training (up to 50% travel).
• Strong understanding of digital health, medical IT, or medical device technologies.
• Proven ability to manage lengthy and complex sales cycles while building a self-generated pipeline.
• Confident communicator capable of engaging with leadership, offering clear insights, presenting pricing scenarios, and advocating for customer needs and market realities.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical and clinical value to clinicians, IT teams, and administrators.
• Experience in generating and managing leads through participation in conferences, exhibitions, and online channels.
• Documented track record in sales within the medical device industry.
• Familiarity with EEG, neuromodulation, or medical device hardware and software.
• Ability to present financial ROI models and reimbursement strategies to clinical owners and hospital administrators.
• Strong communicator capable of engaging neurologists, technologists, clinical directors, IT teams, hospital leadership, business owners, and educators with assurance.
• Professional, credible, and comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate pricing scenarios and advocate for customer needs.
• Self-starter with disciplined follow-through and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to balance business requirements, direct sales execution, and long-term ecosystem and channel development while managing a sales territory.
• Background in neurology, EEG, neurodiagnostics, or related clinical domains (preferred).
• Familiarity with U.S. medical device regulatory requirements (preferred).
• Understanding of hospital systems such as EMR, PACS, or AI diagnostic platforms (preferred).
• Experience in presenting clinical software solutions to physicians and clinical teams (preferred).
• Established network within the U.S. healthcare sector, including medical societies or associations (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with hardware manufacturers or medical device distributors (preferred).
