This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Propel revenue expansion and enhance market presence across the Eastern United States.
β’ Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue and profitability targets for the territory.
β’ Discover, assess, and secure new business prospects within industrial hygiene, environmental, occupational health, and EHS sectors.
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with EHS executives, industrial hygienists, safety experts, environmental consultants, engineering firms, corporate clients, and government entities.
β’ Advocate for laboratory services pertaining to asbestos, silica, metals, mold, indoor air quality, USP, microbiology, legionella, drinking water, and occupational exposure monitoring.
β’ Create sampling strategies and propose analytical solutions that comply with OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, AIHA, ASTM, and relevant state regulations.
β’ Draft proposals, negotiate pricing structures, and oversee contract management.
β’ Maintain the sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer engagement activities within the CRM system.
β’ Collaborate with laboratory operations, project management, customer service, and technical specialists.
β’ Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and networking gatherings.
β’ Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive movements.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent sales experience).
β’ 2-4+ years of experience in outside sales or account management.
β’ Strong comprehension of industrial hygiene principles, environmental regulations, and laboratory analytical services.
β’ Demonstrated capability to develop strategic accounts, negotiate contracts, and surpass sales objectives.
β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
β’ Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar tools.
β’ Willing to travel across the Eastern U.S. approximately 40β60% of the time.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship.
β’ Professional working proficiency in English, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking.
β’ Availability for full-time work from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
