This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive growth in new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities that generate revenue.
• Manage sales pipelines and implement account strategies for substantial enterprise-level transactions.
• Lead both on-site and remote meetings with customers, delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
• Highlight the solution’s value proposition while aligning it with the strategic challenges faced by prospects.
• Participate in tradeshows and industry events to generate leads and build relationships.
• Conduct standard and tailored product demonstrations in collaboration with Sales Engineering.
• Address technical questions and present product architecture to technical teams of clients.
• Oversee and implement Proof of Concept initiatives customized to the needs of prospects.
• Coordinate RFX responses in conjunction with sales engineering, product, and services teams.
• Facilitate solution design in collaboration with technical support, engineering, and service resources.
• Report directly to the Regional VP of Sales.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with substantial work experience is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or its foreign equivalent) is preferred.
• A proven history of seeking new business and meeting or surpassing annual sales quotas.
• Minimum of 8+ years of comprehensive sales cycle experience in the Computer Software Industry.
• Strong focus on creating new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with Agentic Process Automation (APA) and/or related automation technologies, including RPA, ML, and AI.
• Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
• Understanding of automation enterprise software architecture and associated technologies.
• Knowledge of business process management.
• Extensive understanding of consultative selling techniques, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, trial closing, objection handling, and finalizing sales.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners like the “Big 4” advisory firms and major System Integrators.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with software platforms such as Salesforce.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be generally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
