Sage Intacct PPS Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide daily functional assistance to US-based clients using Sage Intacct by addressing issues, processing enhancement requests, and refining system configurations.

• Diagnose functional issues across the General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Recognition modules.

• Aid in enhancing finance and accounting workflows for Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Month-End Close processes.

• Collaborate with US-based CrossCountry consultants and client stakeholders during overlapping business hours.

• Efficiently resolve support tickets and enhancement requests.

• Prepare status reports and escalate issues or risks to project managers as needed.

• Engage in team meetings, client discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Assist with data analysis, import/export formatting, testing, and documentation tasks.

• Identify recurring support trends and propose configuration or process modifications.

• Keep records of support activities, configurations, and resolutions.

• Utilize AI-driven tools and automation technologies.

• Remain informed about AI advancements relevant to finance and ERP systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of practical experience in supporting or implementing Sage Intacct within a consulting, advisory, or client-services setting.

• Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Recognition.

• Comprehensive understanding of Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Trial Balance, and Intercompany transactions.

• Experience working collaboratively with remote, cross-functional teams and US-based stakeholders across various time zones.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficient in analyzing and formatting data for Sage Intacct imports and exports.

• Detail-oriented and self-driven, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable using AI tools and open to new technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Familiarity with project coordination tools, ticketing systems, and remote collaboration software such as Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams.

• Availability for partial overlap with US Eastern or Central time zones, typically during mornings in Philippine Standard Time.

• Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification is highly desirable.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent accounting qualifications is advantageous.
