Sage Intacct Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute Sage Intacct implementations in accordance with the established methodology.

• Evaluate and document both system and business requirements.

• Configure and set up Sage Intacct modules based on client specifications.

• Establish and configure third-party integration tools.

• Create test scripts for client testing phases.

• Generate reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct.

• Educate end-users on the functionalities of Sage Intacct.

• Offer continuous post-go-live technical support and handle support tickets.

• Cultivate long-term client relationships and provide process improvement recommendations.

• Manage several client engagements, intricate projects, deadlines, and budgets.

• Coordinate project activities with both sales and support teams.

• Deliver written project status updates to internal teams and clients.

• Collaborate with developers to identify client enhancement requirements.

• Investigate and escalate complex software issues as needed.

• Contribute templates, best-practice documentation, processes, and knowledge-base content.

• Understand the capabilities and constraints of out-of-the-box functionality, custom code, and ISV solutions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ERP software consulting or implementation; Sage Intacct experience is highly preferred.

• Strong accounting background with the ability to discuss accounting principles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.

• High emotional intelligence.

• Strong organizational skills.

• High aptitude for ERP software products.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with an increasing client base.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and standard collaboration tools, including OneNote and GoToMeeting.

• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing/PSA platforms is advantageous.

• Practical experience with Sage Intacct implementation, third-party integrations, and report/dashboard development is preferred.
