SafePoint Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop configurations for Loomis’ SafePoint product and solutions.

• Oversee the onboarding and implementation processes for designated client projects.

• Report directly to the Implementation Specialist Manager.

• Manage logistics for SafePoint, including equipment inventory coordination, vendor ordering, and planning alignment.

• Own the complete implementation process, including resource scheduling, stakeholder communication, process maintenance, installation, and training.

• Analyze and familiarize yourself with the product offerings and the implementation project plan; strive to become a Subject Matter Expert on SafePoint and its various applications.

• Foster continuous improvement, enhance process efficiency, and ensure satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

• Utilize project management skills to ensure comprehensive and seamless solution implementations.

• Employ communication and influence management strategies to inspire co-workers, clients, and end-user customers.

• Coordinate the allocation of equipment, manage shipment timing, track deliveries, ensure installation readiness, and monitor inventory availability.

• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Vendors, and service partners to anticipate deployment needs and synchronize ordering schedules with client implementation timelines.

• Monitor purchase requests, track order statuses, uphold delivery commitments, manage backorders, and address escalations to avert implementation delays.

• Track inventory levels on hand, committed to projects, in transit, and assess inventory risks.

• Assess and enhance the methods of selling, installing, and operating the product.

• Build and maintain client relationships while identifying additional avenues for Loomis to deliver value.

• Manage vendor performance and assist with special projects as assigned by Product Management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or Technical institute degree/certificate in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Equivalent work experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational process improvement is required.

• Proven experience in project management and quality systems implementation is essential.

• Excellent communication skills are a must.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% is necessary.

• Ability to influence management is required.

• Strongly preferred: Experience in coordinating logistics, inventory tracking, vendor ordering, or supply planning.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple implementation schedules, equipment needs, and vendor follow-ups concurrently.
