This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline within current accounts for enterprise software and service offerings.
• Oversee complete sales cycles from identifying prospects to coordinating internal resources and executing deals.
• Assess, manage, and follow up on incoming leads, steering prospects towards the adoption of strategic solutions.
• Build and nurture executive and operational relationships across target organizations to foster new opportunities.
• Implement consultative sales techniques while consistently monitoring all activities and metrics within CRM systems.
• Meet or surpass assigned quarterly quota goals, sales metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Provide support for miscellaneous tasks and new business growth initiatives as needed by management.
• Propel commercial growth and account development within existing client relationships.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle for SaaS and professional service solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and present strategic solution visions to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal resource teams and execute strategic sales plans to meet agreed revenue targets and key performance indicators.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in sales-related account management.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in one or more key sectors: UK Public sector, Professional Services, or Higher Education.
• Proven track record in selling for a major enterprise software provider or competing directly against them in complex sales scenarios.
• Deep understanding of the enterprise software industry.
• History of consistent and significant quota over-achievement.
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to engage actively in a consultative sales approach.
• Excellent writing, presentation, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
• Candidates must reside in South Africa and be capable of working during United Kingdom business hours.
• Advanced computer literacy skills.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Financial SaaS solutions (Unit4 or leading-class equivalent).
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fully remote.
