This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Lead, oversee, and expand the SaaS product resale business for Mythics Strategic Markets by establishing a comprehensive vision and strategic plan.
• Provide the sales team with guidance, best practices, and supervision regarding approvals, OEM and customer interactions, pricing and margin objectives, and responses to RFPs.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Identify and devise strategies for capturing potential SaaS accounts and contracting opportunities across the United States.
• Analyze market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with consulting sales to support customers in effective implementations and complete SaaS solutions.
• Regularly report sales performance and market trends to executive management.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reliable CRM data management.
• Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with members of the SaaS sales team.
• Conduct weekly team meetings with the SaaS sales team.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with OEM sales, channels, and sales leadership.
• Identify training requirements for the SaaS sales team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• College diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in technology sales, including management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience in using and maintaining a CRM system.
• Ability to support territory-based working hours while positioned outside the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Capability to prioritize and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly and concisely convey information both verbally and in writing.
• Skill in collaborating within a team and with other departments across the organization.
• Strong time management and self-management abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
• Capacity to work independently under general supervision and guidance.
• Proficiency in resolving moderately complex issues with minimal oversight.
