SaaS Operations Analyst – Cloud Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational integrity, listing precision, and catalog completeness across the Mirantis Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace.

• Manage product onboarding, updates, and phase-outs, including pricing, SKUs, license entitlements, descriptions, and media assets.

• Oversee end-to-end enterprise B2B Private Offer workflows, from initiation and approval to fulfillment and post-sale transitions.

• Collaborate with AWS and Azure partner teams regarding listing certifications, SaaS metering integrations, and marketplace co-selling requirements.

• Sustain a consolidated Jira operational tracker for digital commerce initiatives, integrations, and process enhancements.

• Facilitate sprint planning, asynchronous standups, delivery schedules, blocker resolution, RAID logs, decision records, and stakeholder communications.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage release approvals.

• Recognize repetitive workflows and spearhead AI-driven process automation.

• Gather, document, and validate functional requirements for digital commerce projects.

• Generate Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams.

• Map data flows between the Webstore, NetSuite ERP, and AWS/Azure Metering APIs.

• Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AWS/Azure Marketplace technical functionalities.

• Provide weekly and monthly status updates to leadership, Finance, and Sales teams.

• Develop and maintain dashboards that track marketplace Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), private offer processing times, fulfillment Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and entitlement activation rates.

• Collaborate with Finance on order reconciliation, entitlement provisioning, and data requirements for period closure.

• Work with Sales on marketplace deal analytics, fulfillment transparency, pipeline assessments, and forecasting.

• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for listing updates, promotional setups, refund processing, and license provisioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a business analysis, systems analysis, or operations role focused on B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or digital sales channels.

• Practical experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace management, including listing administration, B2B private offers, SaaS contracts, or metering APIs.

• Proficiency in using Jira for agile sprint and task management.

• Proficiency in Confluence for technical documentation and SOPs.

• Practical experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and data warehousing tools like Looker, Tableau, or Snowflake, or their equivalents.

• Capability to independently create and manage operational dashboards.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to independently draft BRDs, SOPs, status reports, and stakeholder communications in a timely manner.

• Comfort operating in a fully remote, asynchronous-first environment across multiple time zones.

• Familiarity with enterprise subscription billing platforms and payment gateways such as Stripe, or B2B webstore solutions.

• Exposure to ERP or financial systems like NetSuite from the perspective of order management or reporting.

• Experience in coordinating QA or UAT processes, including writing test cases, managing testing cycles, and facilitating sign-off.

• Exposure to AI tools, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or no-code solutions for workflow automation.

• General understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, or categories of containerized software products.
