This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within enterprise-level accounts.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract finalization.
• Develop expertise in the product and understand its technical functionalities and business applications.
• Assess inbound leads generated by marketing and represent the organization at industry conferences.
• Work closely with Product Management and Product Engineering to address challenges and convey customer requirements.
• Keep an accurate weekly forecast of sales.
• Navigate the procurement and legal procedures of customers for initial contracts.
• Effectively sell to all levels of accounts, including C-Suite executives.
• Transition closed accounts to the Customer Success and Account Management teams post-implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to secure technical victories.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in SaaS software sales targeting new logos within companies with over 500 employees.
• Proven success in closing SaaS contracts with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of at least $50K.
• Demonstrated track record in SaaS sales with consistent achievement of new logo revenue targets.
• Outstanding skills in prospecting, discovery, and closing, with a focus on generating net-new revenue.
• Experience in navigating intricate procurement processes, including legal, financial, and security evaluations.
• Proven ability to sell to C-Suite executives and engage with multiple stakeholders in complex organizational environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, in-person and online.
• Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and capable of maintaining up-to-date Salesforce account and opportunity records.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
