This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and implement a territory sales strategy aimed at generating new business with Kβ12 schools and school districts.
β’ Establish and nurture a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
β’ Conduct face-to-face meetings, virtual presentations, phone calls, and email outreach.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales targets through effective pipeline management and disciplined sales practices.
β’ Identify and respond to RFPs and competitive bidding opportunities.
β’ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements.
β’ Build trusted relationships with school leaders, administrators, and district stakeholders.
β’ Present and demonstrate Yondr's solutions effectively.
β’ Identify referral opportunities and broaden regional market presence.
β’ Maintain customer records, pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales documentation within the CRM.
β’ Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Account Management teams for onboarding processes and transitions.
β’ Engage in sales training, professional development, and product education.
β’ Represent Yondr at educational conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
β’ Execute additional duties and special projects as assigned.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
β’ Proficient in outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline development.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
β’ Valid U.S. driver's license and capability to travel within the assigned territory.
β’ A consultative, relationship-oriented approach to sales.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
β’ Ability to foster trust and credibility with school administrators and executive-level decision-makers.
β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Self-motivated and highly autonomous with excellent follow-through and accountability.
β’ Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in tailoring solutions to customer needs.
β’ Proficient with CRM systems and standard business productivity software.

β’ Preferred: experience selling in the Kβ12 education sector.
β’ Preferred: experience presenting to school boards, district leadership teams, or educational organizations.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with public sector purchasing processes and RFP submissions.
β’ Preferred: experience representing an organization at conferences, trade shows, or industry events.
β’ Preferred: experience in solution-based or consultative B2B sales.
β’ Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods while using a computer.
β’ Proficient in effective communication in person, virtually, and via telephone.
β’ Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, including occasional evenings and weekends.
β’ Ability to carry sales materials, displays, and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
β’ Must reside in the Atlanta area.
β’ Must be eligible to work without employer visa sponsorship; Yondr is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
