RWE Database Analyst, Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assists with statistical programming tasks in Real World Evidence.

• Contributes to study design and analysis plans when required.

• Creates, validates, maintains, and documents analysis programs and other study-related materials.

• Offers insights on result interpretation and reviews publications.

• Assesses the quality of the database.

• Provides technical expertise on databases to stakeholders.

• Ensures efficient production of statistical outputs.

• Reviews study concepts, protocol designs, analysis plans, and other study-related documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in mathematics, statistics, computing, life sciences, health sciences, or related fields.

• Experience: At least 2 years in Real World Evidence, Epidemiology, Health Outcomes Research, or similar settings.

• At least 2 years of experience with large healthcare databases such as Komodo, Marketscan, CPRD, or MMIT.

• 1+ years of SAS programming experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, healthcare analytics, or related sectors.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in R and/or Python programming.

• Strong grasp of Real World Evidence, epidemiology, and observational research methodologies.

• Familiarity with statistical and epidemiological analysis methods; experience with propensity score matching is advantageous.

• Experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, sparklyr, or other cloud-based analytics platforms is a plus.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global context.
