This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
β’ Engage directly with customers to comprehend their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
β’ Promote Animal Health products and facilitate pull-through initiatives in line with customer strategies.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for designated customers.
β’ Meet with key stakeholders and decision-makers to gain insights into practice structures, business models, influencers, and customer needs.
β’ Recognize business opportunities and formulate customer strategies.
β’ Create territory and account plans for assigned clients.
β’ Collaborate with Technical Services, ID/Infrastructure Specialists, Monitoring Specialists, National Account Managers, and Distribution Field Partners to drive sales growth.
β’ Work together with species teams to enhance understanding of the Animal Health product range.
β’ Share expertise with regional team members to foster team growth and development.
β’ Analyze monthly sales performance and manage expenses in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
β’ Select Animal Health programs and services that meet customer needs while offering educational and training opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with leadership and Field Technical Services to design and deliver relevant customer offerings.
β’ Stay updated on products, industry trends, competitors, business models, influencers, and network structures.
β’ Relay customer, industry, product, and market trends throughout the organization.
β’ Establish and achieve learning and development goals in agreement with leadership.
β’ A high school diploma is required.
β’ Knowledge of the Beef and Dairy Industry is essential.
β’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
β’ Capability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
β’ Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ Competence in using an iPad.
β’ Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
β’ Willingness to travel overnight and engage in some weekend activities.
β’ Prior sales experience in the Animal Health Industry is preferred.
β’ Experience in account management is preferred.
β’ Background in Beef and/or Dairy management, animal health, and/or monitoring is preferred.
β’ Skills in business development and strategic planning are preferred.
β’ Familiarity with animal health protocols, biologicals, and pharmaceutical products is preferred.
β’ Understanding or previous experience with animal health resellers is preferred.
β’ Existing relationships and connections within the territory are advantageous.
β’ Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ A valid driving license is required.
β’ Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
β’ No visa sponsorship will be provided.
β’ Ability to travel 50% of the time is required.
