RPA Developer, UiPath – Financial Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create process automations utilizing UiPath;

• Conduct maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing automations;

• Implement solutions according to specified requirements (PDD and established workflows);

• Ensure high-quality delivery by adhering to development best practices (version control, testing, and documentation);

• Aid in the evolution and standardization of current automations;

• Develop supplementary scripts (Python or similar) as needed;

• Operate in an environment characterized by organized demands and a substantial volume of deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in developing automations with UiPath;

• Strong understanding of programming logic and development best practices;

• Experience in maintaining and advancing solutions in a production environment;

• Familiarity with languages such as Python, C#, or similar;

• Experience with code versioning systems (Git);

• Background in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);

• Hands-on approach, emphasizing execution and organization.

• Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with multiple automations deployed in production;

• Knowledge of BPM or process modeling;

• Experience with API integrations;

• Background in financial institutions or regulated settings.
