RPA Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the creation of new offerings and innovations utilizing RPA.

• Educate and deliver presentations on RPA implementation strategies to diverse audiences.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending enhancements for process automation.

• Collaborate with process owners and technology teams to evaluate and analyze automation feasibility.

• Automate processes using RPA platforms to achieve business value.

• Engage in all project phases: Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing.

• Document business requirements, processes, and work instructions following in-house methodologies.

• Define technical, operational, and user requirements.

• Create materials for conceptual architecture and solution design.

• Develop solutions based on the established design.

• Establish quality control and testing procedures, troubleshoot issues, and train automation robots.

• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions and strategize requirements.

• Facilitate change management of existing processes.

• Create training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a technology or consulting setting.

• Experience in the Financial Services sector is advantageous.

• Proficiency in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining application code in various contexts.

• Background in application development, complex code development, application testing, and component design.

• Familiarity with automation software such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or similar is preferred.

• Knowledge of .NET or Java programming is a plus.

• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a global team of professionals at all levels.

• Strong dedication to professional and service excellence.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, project management, networking, and influencing abilities.

• Competence in project planning and task estimation.

• Strong analytical skills and a logical mindset.

• Experience in engaging with external clients.

• Proven experience working with offshore teams to facilitate project tasks.

• Demonstrated capability to communicate and present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
