RPA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Spearhead automation initiatives and create automation solutions utilizing UiPath while complying with architecture, standards, and best practices

• Streamline business requirements by generating tasks, schedules, and overseeing RPA bots

• Architect automation solutions and maintain technical accountability for project delivery and service level agreements (SLAs) on deliverables

• Partner with business managers, process owners, IT, end-users, and other team members to assess requirements and design automation processes

• Convert workflow diagrams and business processes into automated solutions

• Enhance proprietary task management tools utilized to initiate bots

• Identify new RPA use cases in collaboration with end-users

• Establish quality control policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in RPA jobs

• Lead technology demonstrations for sales and client update sessions

• Develop the framework for the RPA development team, including policy and process documentation

• Update stakeholders and management on project status and critical changes or support requests

• Conduct security reviews and work with IT Security and Operations on automation security measures

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements concerning data usage and information access, including the safeguarding of PHI

• Adhere to HIPAA standards and Information Security policies when managing, protecting, and disclosing PHI

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience with UiPath RPA automation development tools

• Experience in customer support and client issue resolution management

• Strong knowledge of SQL data

• Solid grasp of workflow design principles

• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational capabilities

• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors and escalate priority issues

• Knowledge of troubleshooting potential issues and best practices for database operations

• Capacity to manage multiple complex, high-priority projects concurrently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization

• Strong problem-solving and creative abilities, sound judgment, and capacity to make decisions based on timely and accurate analysis

• Must limit PHI access to the minimum necessary for assigned responsibilities
