This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create, develop, and sustain systems that drive client expansion.
• Act as a technical implementation partner for Consultants and Solutions Architects.
• Design and execute custom automations, integrations, and UI enhancements within and around HubSpot.
• Take responsibility for technical elements such as custom-coded actions, API integrations, and data cleanup scripts.
• Participate in planning and scoping activities.
• Join client discussions when technical insights are required.
• Design, develop, and refine HubSpot automations utilizing workflows, custom-coded actions, APIs, serverless functions, CRM cards, and internal applications.
• Construct and manage HubSpot integrations with external systems through REST APIs, middleware, or custom scripts.
• Create internal HubSpot applications, CRM cards, and extensions.
• Automate data cleanup processes, property resets, normalization logic, and cross-platform synchronization.
• Provide support for subscription logic, deal automation, lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and intricate CRM schemas and object relationships.
• Collaborate with Consultants and Solutions Architects to deliver scalable technical solutions that align with client objectives.
• Serve as the technical lead across multiple client projects at the same time.
• 3–5+ years of practical experience developing advanced, scalable automations in HubSpot (Professional or Enterprise tiers).
• Proficient with workflows, custom-coded actions, APIs, and custom objects across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Expertise in JavaScript and Python, particularly in HubSpot custom-coded actions and serverless functions.
• Experience in integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and middleware using REST APIs, webhooks, Make, Google Apps Script, Zapier, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with React, HTML, and HubL is a plus.
• Experience with process flow tools like Lucidchart and Miro.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and CRM structures.
• Comfortable using Git and engaging in collaborative development workflows.
• Proficient in technical delivery, discovery calls, requirements translation, technical documentation, and code documentation.
• Capable of translating complex client requirements into dependable, scalable technical solutions.
• Ability to foresee edge cases, automation gaps, and system limitations, including fallback handling, error logging, and rollback strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong prioritization abilities and project communication skills.
• Familiarity with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service concepts.
• Understanding of core RevOps processes, including lead management, sales pipelines, and subscriptions.
• Awareness of RevOps KPIs and reporting requirements.
