AI Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automated workflows utilizing n8n and AI technologies.

• Leverage Claude, OpenAI, or comparable AI platforms to streamline business operations.

• Integrate various systems through APIs and webhooks.

• Collaborate with Google Workspace, Google APIs, and service accounts.

• Oversee access, permissions, and security measures for automated tasks.

• Implement safeguards to mitigate security and data vulnerabilities.

• Connect current data sources and create dashboards for internal and client use.

• Diagnose and enhance existing automations and integrations.

• Document workflows and technical procedures.

• Partner with diverse teams to discover automation opportunities.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely service delivery to clients and meet client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in AI automation, workflow automation, systems integration, or a related technical field.

• Practical experience with n8n or similar automation platforms.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini.

• Proficient in APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Knowledge of access controls, permissions, authentication, and security best practices.

• Experience with Google Workspace or Google APIs.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with Google service accounts and OAuth is a plus.

• Experience with databases and dashboards is a plus.

• Familiarity with Noloco, Retool, or Looker Studio is a plus.

• Experience with cloud platforms or DevOps is a plus.
