Automation Engineer – Cross-Functional Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and develop automated workflows for clinical operations, which encompass appointment scheduling, referral management, and follow-up communications.

• Create tools that enhance workflows for surgeons and staff, focusing on data collection, reporting, and compliance.

• Integrate automation platforms like Claude, Zapier, N8, Make, Airtable, and custom scripts with both internal and external systems.

• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical personnel to pinpoint repetitive challenges and provide effective automation solutions.

• Establish and oversee automation frameworks for social media publishing, analytics tracking, and managing content pipelines.

• Automate the repurposing of content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters, and clinic websites.

• Integrate AI tools for semi-automated video editing, captioning, content planning, and campaign management.

• Work alongside Marketing and Creative teams on workflows from conceptualization to distribution.

• Develop automation processes for onboarding new clinical partners, from contract signing to complete activation.

• Automate tailored implementation programs, welcome materials, and clinic-specific training guidelines.

• Create scalable playbooks for clinic success teams utilizing Notion, HubSpot, and internal dashboards.

• Empower clinics with self-service onboarding portals, automated checklists, and tracking for training progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in automation, systems operations, or process design roles.

• Direct experience collaborating with healthcare professionals, clinical workflows, or medtech companies.

• Strong comprehension of onboarding processes and large-scale training enablement.

• Technical expertise with automation platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English (C1).

• Capability to develop lightweight custom tools using JavaScript, Python, or low-code platforms.

• Experience in a startup or early-stage company environment.

• Strong systems thinking with the ability to recognize cross-functional process connections.

• Self-motivated individual who can operate independently with minimal guidance.

• Current and valid authorization to work in the country of application; visa sponsorship is not available.
