AI Integration – Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, test, maintain, and support AI-driven automation, integration, and workflow solutions for Managed Services.

• Develop AI orchestration patterns that connect systems, data, prompts, APIs, scripts, and operational workflows.

• Create reusable components, connectors, scripts, and workflow patterns.

• Evaluate operational challenges and uncover opportunities for automation.

• Construct LLM-enabled workflows, agentic automation patterns, and AI-assisted operational processes that include guardrails and fallback logic.

• Integrate enterprise tools, monitoring platforms, ITSM systems, cloud services, and internal applications.

• Resolve automation defects, integration failures, and issues related to AI workflows.

• Document solution designs, configurations, support procedures, ownership, release notes, and knowledge articles.

• Engage in testing, UAT, release readiness, change control, and production support activities.

• Collaborate with engineers, service owners, process owners, developers, and stakeholders.

• Keep up-to-date with trends in AI automation, orchestration, LLM tooling, integration frameworks, and service operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in developing automations, integrations, scripts, workflows, or application solutions within enterprise or service environments.

• Practical knowledge of Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, workflow platforms, or low-code/no-code automation tools.

• Experience in designing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, LLM-driven processes, AI agents, orchestration patterns, or intelligent automation solutions.

• Familiarity with prompt design, structured outputs, human-in-the-loop patterns, guardrails, fallback logic, and considerations for production AI.

• Experience integrating with ITSM tools, monitoring/observability tools, cloud platforms, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, or internal business applications.

• Capability to analyze business or operational processes and transform requirements into effective automation solutions.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, documentation, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Competence in managing multiple priorities while ensuring quality and production stability.

• Certifications in AI, automation, cloud platforms, ITIL, or service management are preferred but not mandatory.
