Robotics Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing, repairs, and maintenance of shuttle systems at customer locations throughout the UK.

• Offer L1 and L2 technical support through helpdesk services and remote assistance.

• Provide training to end-users and integrators both on-site and internally.

• Support the commissioning of Movu systems, including atlas, escala, and ifollow.

• Identify and report commercial service opportunities, such as spare parts and service packs.

• Collaborate within the After Sales & Service team to enhance customer success.

• Travel internationally for short durations and be available for shifts and weekend work when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Must be available for short international travel.

• Competent in using MS Office and Teams.

• Eager to learn custom software packages.

• Customer-oriented, sociable, team player with a proactive approach.

• Willingness to work shifts and weekends if required.

• Comfortable working at heights and not prone to vertigo.

• Available for short trips abroad (Monday to Friday).

• Must be capable of working at height and in refrigerated environments while adhering to safety protocols.
