Robotics Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Perform testing, repairs, and maintenance of shuttle systems at various customer locations throughout Italy.

• Offer technical support (L1 & L2) through helpdesk services and remote assistance.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and integrators both on-site and internally.

• Assist in the commissioning of Movu systems, including atlas, escala, ifollow, and others.

• Identify and report potential commercial service opportunities such as spare parts and service packs.

• Be prepared for short international travel from Monday to Friday.

• Work in shifts and on weekends as required.

• Perform duties at height or in refrigerated environments with appropriate safety measures in place.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in both Italian and English.

• Willingness to travel for short durations abroad.

• Competent in MS Office and Teams.

• Eager to learn custom software applications.

• Customer-oriented, sociable, and a team player with a proactive attitude.

• Availability to work in shifts and weekends if necessary.

• Comfortable working at heights and free from vertigo.
