Robotics Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Test, repair, and maintain shuttle systems at customer locations throughout Western France.

• Provide technical assistance (L1 & L2) through helpdesk support and remote guidance.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and integrators both on-site and internally.

• Support the commissioning of Movu systems, including atlas, escala, and ifollow.

• Identify and report commercial service opportunities, such as spare parts and service packages.

• Undertake short international travel from Monday to Friday.

• Be prepared to work shifts and weekends when necessary.

• Engage in projects at heights or in refrigerated environments, adhering to established safety protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in both French and English.

• Willingness to travel for short periods internationally.

• Competent in MS Office and Teams applications.

• Eager to learn specialized software packages.

• Customer-oriented, sociable, a team player with a proactive attitude.

• Readiness to work shifts and weekends as required.

• Comfortable working at heights without fear of vertigo.

• Available for short international trips (Monday to Friday).

• Capable of working at heights and in refrigerated settings while following safety measures.
