📋 Description

• Oversee significant events and campaigns, ensuring a seamless execution of ongoing activities.

• Handle daily operational requirements for major events.

• Authorize substantial repair expenditures and manage critical situations including accidents and police impounds.

• Guarantee prompt responses for repairs and efficient management of customer equipment directives.

• Ensure precise handling of estimates.

• Engage with customers, drivers, service providers, and colleagues effectively.

• Adhere to customer protocols with the utmost diligence.

• Identify and relay accurate billing information to service providers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED along with 3 years of experience in a relevant field (logistics, transportation, automotive technology).

• An alternative combination of an advanced degree or certification alongside 5 years of experience in a related field.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a previous Cox Fleet position such as Follow Up, Breakdown Specialist, or Managed Care is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, word processing, and email communication.

• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Capability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without the need for current or future sponsorship.

• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
