RFP Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete RFP process, including the development of strategies and ensuring adherence to timelines.

• Spearhead cross-functional deal teams that involve Sales, Climate Strategy & Solutions, Operations, Supply, Risk, Legal, and Finance.

• Ensure proposal responses are aligned with the specific requirements of clients.

• Evaluate opportunity dynamics and analyze competitive landscapes.

• Simplify complex operational capabilities into clear communications for clients.

• Create and sustain reusable content, templates, and proposal resources.

• Perform win/loss post-mortems and utilize deal data to enhance proposal strategies.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine proposal templates and develop pitch materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in bid management, proposal operations, or managing complex projects.

• Proven track record of executing large enterprise tenders flawlessly.

• Outstanding project management skills and operational discipline.

• Capability to structure intricate deliverables under strict deadlines.

• Strong proficiency in data modeling and presentation tools, such as Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides.

• Ability to convert complex metrics into polished assets for clients.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional presence to engage and align with senior stakeholders.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Proficiency in German is an advantage.

• Knowledge of the Voluntary Carbon Market is a plus.
