• Take ownership of Salesforce as the primary system for managing all leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, programs, geographies, and customer interactions.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline architecture that encompasses business development, capture, proposals, and program-level engagement.
• Establish a forecasting rhythm: pipeline coverage, stage-to-close conversion, weighted forecasts, and the accuracy of forecasts versus actuals.
• Collaborate with cofounders and executive leadership to determine how commercial data should be captured, reported, and utilized in decision-making processes.
• Create dashboards and reporting packages that provide leadership with insights into leads, pipeline status, conversion rates, program-level opportunities, geographic coverage, and revenue forecasts.
• Enhance organization-wide CRM discipline: ensuring data quality, consistent usage, smooth transitions between BD, capture, and program teams, and accountability.
• Identify deficiencies in lead management, CRM utilization, pipeline integrity, and commercial reporting, subsequently developing practical solutions.
• Provide training and support for internal users to ensure proper and consistent adoption of Salesforce across a growing team.
• Be a key member of an international BD team, collaborating and coordinating with other regional RevOps Managers to create cohesive plans and processes that standardize sales and revenue metrics, optimizing sales reporting.
• Seek out innovative methods to effectively segment and mobilize Tiberius’ extensive network of leads to aid in a wide range of relationship-building and promotional engagement activities.
• Assist BD, capture, and program teams with CRM maintenance, pipeline evaluations, meeting preparations, and action tracking.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lead management, CRM utilization, pipeline updates, reporting, and forecasting.
• Significant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial operations, preferably within a scaling organization.
• Advanced CRM expertise, preferably with Salesforce (admin-level configuration rather than just user-level experience).
• Demonstrated experience in constructing pipeline architecture, dashboards, workflows, and forecasting systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, risks, gaps, and stalled opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across executive, BD, program, finance, and technical teams.
• Keen attention to detail and high standards for data quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment with minimal guidance.
