RevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the GTM systems that operate throughout the portfolio.

• Collaborate with company teams to secure access to necessary data.

• Ingest, cleanse, deduplicate, load, and route data into a CRM under Emergence's name.

• Configure CRM, marketing automation, and CPQ systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot.

• Set up fields, pipelines, permissions, imports, deduplication, and suppression processes.

• Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, MCPs, cron jobs, and VMs.

• Manage authentication, rate limits, and synchronization resolutions.

• Map out every process prior to construction.

• Document each build as a reusable playbook.

• Broaden the scope to encompass other sectors such as sourcing and talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in RevOps or GTM engineering with practical build experience.

• Profound expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot; quick to adapt to other platforms.

• Engage in daily AI-assisted building utilizing Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools.

• Proficient in Python and SQL for rectifying AI-generated code.

• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, MCPs, and troubleshooting synchronization issues.

• Preferred: designed and executed outbound sequences and programs from start to finish.

• Preferred: implemented similar systems across various companies or business units.

• Preferred: experience in contact enrichment and data sourcing, including considerations of coverage, quality, and cost trade-offs.

• Preferred: developed AI agents or agentic workflows.
