This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Enhance the commercial effectiveness of 360Learning's Revenue engine by increasing hit ratio, deal size, and sales velocity throughout the funnel.
• Collaborate with the Global Chief Sales Officer, VP of Sales, Sales Coaches, Global Director of Business Development & Partnerships, and the Enablement team.
• Serve as a reliable business partner for Sales and BDR leadership, gradually extending to Alliances & Partnerships.
• Execute strategic initiatives across teams, including implementing pricing strategies and supporting the launch of new products.
• Convert revenue strategy into practical plans and playbooks for Sales and BDR teams.
• Frame business decisions and resource allocations, identify staffing requirements, and optimize team structures.
• Track KPIs and execution, providing insights to the Executive team.
• Suggest data-driven initiatives to enhance performance.
• Recommend quarterly modifications to the Business Plan.
• Within 1 month: become proficient in internal tools, processes, product knowledge, sales processes, and tooling; establish initial OKRs.
• Within 3 months: emerge as the primary business partner for global Sales and BDR teams; conduct a Sales Coach review; deliver an OKR with immediate revenue impact.
• Within 6 months: spearhead a pipeline creation and conversion enhancement project; analyze funnel attrition; refine the target/incentive model.
• Within 12 months: attain expertise in Revenue Operations and collaborate with Sales and Partnerships leadership to enhance commercial performance.
• 2–3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or within a high-growth tech/startup setting.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; excels in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to clarify complex issues through insightful analysis.
• Proficient project management skills.
• Effective communication with senior leadership and the ability to collaboratively align diverse stakeholders.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure with high adaptability.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to impose structure on open-ended challenges.
• Solid business acumen and a genuine interest in the daily operations of Revenue teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, structured (pyramidal) approach.
• Proficiency in both English and French.
