This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide both informal and formal learning solutions utilizing engaging and effective techniques.

• Prepare and facilitate in-person, virtual, and self-paced training sessions.

• Foster participation and enhance learner motivation.

• Exhibit WECARE behaviors.

• Adapt communication and learning approaches to various styles.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching to promote professional growth and improve role performance.

• Engage in training projects and initiatives.

• Utilize learning metrics and analytics to assess the impact of learning.

• Collaborate with leadership, program sponsors, Quality Oversight, and additional resources.

• Analyze and interpret audit data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Employ the ONEReg audit tool to evaluate Track teammates' work for accuracy and adherence to processes.

• Keep thorough records of audits and coaching sessions.

• Assist in the design and development of both informal and formal learning solutions.

• Maintain and enhance instructional training materials.

• Aid in the creation of targeted workshops.

• Coordinate updates to BDPs and develop new processes based on team opportunities or industry changes.

• Support onboarding efforts for new teammates.

• Review new hire lists and manage onboarding and learning advisor activities.

• Update dashboards, calendars, new hire lists, and teammate trackers.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least one (1) year of experience in Registration/Insurance Verification.

• Strong understanding of internal Registration processes/BDPs and DaVita Policies and Procedures.

• Proficient training and presentation abilities.

• Enthusiasm for training and the development of individuals.

• Strong planning and time management skills.

• Ability to make independent judgments and decisions.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and discretion concerning teammate performance.

• Consistent, regular, and punctual attendance as scheduled.

• Preferred: Experience in training, coaching, auditing, or process development.

• Preferred: Familiarity or experience working with various healthcare insurance payers.

• Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint.
