Revenue Operations Specialist – Data Quality Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective and efficient execution of the sales order process for the Informa Festivals Tech division.

• Equip sales teams to navigate the sales process efficiently through appropriate training, tools, and capabilities.

• Enhance the delivery of contracts and products downstream.

• Collaborate on revenue recognition and product fulfillment with Customer Success and other internal departments.

• Manage contracts and ensure the accuracy of data in business systems.

• Keep track of sponsorship product inventory using tracking documents.

• Generate invoices based on verified data to minimize discrepancies and credit notes.

• Monitor and address requests from internal teams and the sales organization.

• Assist the sales organization with contract processes and client-related inquiries.

• Act as a liaison between the sales team and support teams to prepare for delivery.

• Conduct quality control on client billing and serve as the sales contact for billing and invoicing.

• Manage booth holds/rents through Floorplan.Live.

• Maintain Sales Inventory documents and the Internal Product Delivery Database.

• Perform audits and reconcile data inconsistencies across systems.

• Implement best practices and standardize data.

• Generate precise data across systems, coordinate inventory, produce sales reports, conduct system audits, and create billing reports and client invoices.

• Proven experience in a quality control environment, emphasizing data accuracy, delivery, reporting, and reconciliation of sold programs.

• Highly organized with a strong capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Committed to the accuracy and promptness of billing delivery and deadlines.

• Ability to coordinate effectively across various internal teams, including Sales, Informa Engage, Operations, and Customer Success.

• Capable of articulating conceptual solutions to peers and management clearly.
