This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of data hygiene and governance for GTM systems, focusing on field standards, deduplication, and validation rules.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports to analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss trends, and churn/expansion rates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Operations leadership to develop revenue forecasting models.
• Act as the checkpoint for the order-to-cash process, enabling Finance to invoice without delays due to missing or inconsistent deal information.
• Serve as the primary contact for requests related to account data changes.
• Oversee CPQ and product catalog configurations, ensuring that pricing and bundles are aligned with Finance and Product requirements.
• Develop and maintain ad hoc data reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Provide support to GTM stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical position.
• Ideally have experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Practical experience in administering Salesforce.
• CPQ experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or a similar ERP/billing system is advantageous.
• Proven experience in building dashboards and reports using Databricks, Tableau, Salesforce reporting, or other BI tools.
• Strong instincts for maintaining data hygiene.
• Comfortable taking ownership of governance standards across various systems.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success with competing priorities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving processes.
• Candidates must reside in the relevant hub regions to be considered.
