This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable advisor and strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• Anticipate requirements, recognize challenges, and proactively create solutions.
• Enhance the CRO's efficiency, focus, and decision-making through effective prioritization and coordination.
• Oversee and manage executive communications, inbox, and flow of information.
• Prepare executive briefings, agendas, meeting materials, and documents to support decision-making.
• Monitor initiatives, commitments, action items, and deliverables.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Oversee and manage a complex global calendar across various time zones.
• Arrange executive leadership meetings, customer interactions, board engagements, investor meetings, travel schedules, and strategic priorities.
• Plan and execute intricate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, visas, documentation, and contingency plans.
• Lead executive-level meetings and events such as Global Sales Meetings, Customer and Partner Events, Sales Leadership Offsites, Executive Roundtables and Dinners, and Revenue Organization Meetings.
• Manage event venues, vendors, budgets, communications, logistics, attendee coordination, and executive preparation.
• Facilitate coordination among executives, sales leaders, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Promote communication, alignment, follow-through, and accountability across distributed teams.
• Oversee expenses, invoices, procurement activities, and administrative processes.
• Support leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, and organizational initiatives.
• Maintain operational trackers, reporting tools, and executive workflows.
• Enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve executive effectiveness.
• Develop systems that increase visibility into priorities, commitments, and follow-up actions.
• Based in Boston or nearby (ideal) / Eastern Time preferred.
• Flexibility to assist a globally distributed leadership team across different time zones.
• Possess a current passport and the ability to travel as necessary.
• Availability to address time-sensitive business matters outside of regular business hours as required.
• Exceptional skills in organization, planning, and prioritization.
• Advanced expertise in executive calendar and travel management.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication abilities.
• Proven capability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment.
• Experience in supporting high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
• Ability to proactively identify issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to influence outcomes and foster accountability without direct authority.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and global teams.
• Adaptability and resilience in rapidly changing environments.
• Over 7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in revenue, sales, or go-to-market organizations.
• Demonstrated success in supporting global leadership teams.
• Significant experience in planning and executing executive-level meetings and events.
• Extensive background in coordinating complex domestic and international travel.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and contemporary productivity tools.
• Experience handling confidential business information and executive communications.
• Highly proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Operates with a sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Anticipates needs rather than simply responding to requests.
• Comfortable making decisions and exercising independent judgment.
• Maintains composure under pressure and during uncertain situations.
• Acts as a trusted extension of the CRO's leadership office.
• Demonstrates flexibility to accommodate global business needs and executive priorities.
