This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in the implementation of product and plan contracting and bundling, emphasizing customer value, simplicity, transparency, and precise reporting.
• Optimize licensing processes for new customers, migrations, expansions, and amendments within Mimecast's systems.
• Collect and convey field and customer insights between Revenue Operations and Product to influence the bundling strategy.
• Enhance quotes and contracts through standardized formats and outputs that clearly communicate unit measures, duration, value, and key terms.
• Aid in the development of updated pricing and billing models, which include consumption-based models for MSPs, standard resellers, and direct clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations to refine the structures of contracts and bundles, execute and monitor promotions, and scale processes effectively.
• Organize contracting, licensing, and quoting preparations for new and acquired product launches in coordination with Product and Product Marketing.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and GTM Business Systems to synchronize quoting processes with reporting, accurately reflect ARR and other metrics, and automate pricing strategies and quote outputs.
• Sustain licensing and renewal playbooks while advising licensing teams on prevalent deal types.
• Formulate mechanisms for product and plan migrations, including quote generation for new bundles and considerations for End of Life and End of Sale.
• Act as a representative of Revenue Operations in cross-functional contracting and licensing discussions, updating stakeholders on progress, risks, and unresolved issues.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations.
• Assist in executing the roadmap for MSP modernization, new product launches, and system and process changes that support new pricing and billing models.
• Proven experience in executing process enhancements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A strong understanding of Salesforce.com, including CPQ and opportunity and quote objects, and how contract structure influences ARR and reporting precision.
• Capability to establish productive working relationships across Sales, Finance, Product, Product Marketing, Legal, and IT/Business Systems.
• Exceptional analytical and process-design abilities, with a keen eye for detail regarding complex contract and licensing frameworks.
• Experience working autonomously in Deal Desk, Sales or Revenue Operations, contracting, or GTM Business Systems in a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
• Familiarity with RCA or NetSuite ERP is an advantage.
• Knowledge of channel and MSP business models, including portal-based quote-to-order processes, is a bonus.
• Experience in supporting product launches, pricing model transitions, or platform migrations is a plus.
