📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for key Lottery partners on a daily basis.

• Foster relationships and coordinate teams around opportunities, priorities, and decision-making.

• Create strategic plans that link customer needs, state-level considerations, performance insights, and commercial opportunities to actionable work.

• Collaborate with Analytics to define success metrics, comparison groups, data requirements, and decision criteria prior to the launch of initiatives.

• Guide cross-functional planning from the identification of opportunities to the readiness for launch.

• Define owners, timelines, dependencies, and decision points.

• Assess performance and communicate findings through evidence, implications, recommendations, and subsequent steps.

• Facilitate data-driven business decisions and identify areas for future investment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, growth, strategy, business development, or a related field.

• Background in lottery, gaming, or financial technology is advantageous.

• Proficient in financial and quantitative modeling skills, including opportunity sizing, revenue and cost analysis, payback analysis, and sensitivity analysis.

• Proven track record of transforming vague commercial opportunities into structured business cases and actionable cross-functional plans.

• Familiarity with test design, data integrity, source verification, and performance measurement.

• Capability to convert findings into clear and actionable recommendations.

• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and managing priorities and dependencies until launch readiness.

• Proficient with BI tools, spreadsheet modeling, presentation software, and source-verified AI-assisted analysis.

• May need to obtain a gaming license from the relevant state agency as a condition of employment.
