Revenue Operations Manager – Process

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and refine AI-driven workflows utilizing prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and orchestration techniques.

• Collaborate with R&D to transform successful workflows into market-ready products.

• Oversee and enhance essential revenue workflows for provider go-to-market teams.

• Spearhead Rev Ops initiatives from the identification of problems and data analysis through to implementation and deployment.

• Assess and implement AI-native tools, including Attention, Clay, Glean, and Claude.

• Shadow team representatives and craft workflows based on the needs observed on the front lines.

• Collaborate across functions to prioritize business and frontline representative objectives.

• Evaluate process performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, establish success metrics, and suggest ROI-driven enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar positions in high-growth, operationally complex settings.

• Proven ability to design, develop, and iterate revenue workflows utilizing AI tools.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration.

• Knowledge of APIs and data movement between various tools.

• Familiarity with Python is advantageous.

• Proficiency in SQL or the capability to quickly acquire it with AI assistance.

• Capacity to independently extract and analyze data.

• Experience collaborating with Data teams.

• Strong history of leading large-scale cross-functional projects that involve engineering, systems, data, and process transformations.

• Background in designing workflows through representative shadowing and engaging frontline staff.

• Ability to establish clear success metrics and enhance processes based on user adoption and feedback.
