This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, document, and enhance comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) processes.

• Maintain consistency in data and ensure operational efficiency.

• Recognize bottlenecks and introduce automation solutions.

• Foster alignment among teams for improved execution.

• Identify, implement, and enhance tools that boost GTM team productivity and visibility.

• Promote user engagement through comprehensive documentation, systems training, and best practices.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and/or Customer Success teams on KPIs, handoffs, and shared processes.

• Keep abreast of RevOps, automation, and GTM strategy best practices, tools, and trends.

• Spot opportunities for improvements in data quality, processes, and technology.

• Advocate for operational excellence and data-driven growth.

• Oversee and optimize Rain’s GTM/revenue systems, including HubSpot.

• Deliver actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategy and performance.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to operationalize business strategy and enhance revenue-funnel efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field within a dynamic SaaS or fintech setting.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Expertise in HubSpot CRM, including administration, customization, and workflow automation.

• Experience in managing integrations with various business systems.

• Proven track record in designing and optimizing GTM processes and systems.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to evaluate, learn, and implement new tools and automations, including AI and BI tools.

• Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (preferred).

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must respond to application questions regarding HubSpot administration experience, compensation expectations, and professional references.
