This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish, configure, and oversee patient financing accounts within internal systems.
• Ensure the precise setup of financing terms, feature flags, documentation, and compliance necessities.
• Monitor account health, conduct regular audits, and implement necessary corrections or remediation.
• Take ownership of and manage a dedicated ticket queue in HubSpot.
• Triage incoming tickets, categorize issues, route requests, and complete assigned tasks.
• Provide prompt responses or escalations, ensuring adherence to SLA requirements.
• Document ticket resolutions, update the knowledge base, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Keep accurate and current records in the company's CRM and lending platform.
• Address and investigate escalated issues, including account discrepancies, payment plan disputes, system bugs, and partner/provider concerns.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer support teams to identify root causes and facilitate remediation.
• Partner with Sales/Business Development and Customer Success to guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new providers.
• Work alongside Compliance/Legal to ensure that all necessary contracts are established.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on collections reporting, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
• Interface with Product/Engineering to share user feedback, suggest process improvements, and assist in testing new features.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring process issues; propose and help implement enhancements.
• Determine required reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics.
• Maintain and update SOPs, knowledge base entries, and internal documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, operations, customer success, or a similar role within fintech, healthcare, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of account provisioning workflows, financial terms, interest/payment schedules, and regulatory compliance (particularly in healthcare financing).
• Practical experience with a CRM system (HubSpot preferred), ticketing systems, and help-desk best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities; capacity to analyze data, identify root causes, and ensure follow-through.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly convey issues and solutions.
• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt as processes change.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on detail.
• Ability to multitask and excel in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
