Revenue Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Accurately and promptly process partner commission payments.

• Verify payment information across various systems and pinpoint discrepancies.

• Address payment-related queries from partners and internal teams.

• Investigate issues, collaborate with Finance, engage with partners or PDMs, and facilitate resolutions.

• Develop and manage manual processes for new program trials.

• Outline operational steps, execute them precisely, identify gaps, and document procedures.

• Keep process documentation up to date.

• Highlight recurring errors and trends to tackle root causes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, finance operations, or revenue operations.

• Prior experience with commissions or partner payments is highly advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail with a low tolerance for mistakes.

• Capability to manage a process from start to finish.

• Excellent and professional communication abilities.

• Proficient in navigating systems such as SNOW, Partner Admin, NetSuite, Xactly, or similar tools.

• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

• Comfortable working with incomplete information and establishing structure.

• Must reside in Colombia.
