Revenue Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate and issue precise and timely invoices for clients of Purview.

• Manage billing cycles at mid-month and end-of-month.

• Establish new client contracts and ensure that billing terms are accurately represented in the billing systems.

• Process credits, corrections, and modifications for existing accounts.

• Utilize Maxio (SaaSOptics) for billing, invoicing, deferred revenue, and subscription management.

• Oversee accounts receivable for the Purview business, monitoring aging and pursuing outstanding balances.

• Conduct collections outreach to clients with overdue accounts.

• Achieve KPIs related to invoicing accuracy, days sales outstanding (DSO), and collections performance.

• Collaborate with the HealthMark accounting team to reconcile billing and accounts receivable figures during month-end close.

• Handle incoming client requests for account modifications, such as name, billing address, and contact updates.

• Manage responses to the billing and accounts email inbox.

• Prioritize and delegate requests as needed.

• Ensure accurate records are maintained across billing and CRM systems.

• Collaborate with the Account Management and Client Advocacy teams regarding account modifications.

• Review billing and accounts receivable data for correctness, reasonableness, and discrepancies.

• Analyze billing, collections, and account trends to uncover opportunities for process improvement and revenue recovery.

• Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from the HealthMark accounting team.

• Play a role in modernizing processes and providing visibility to the leadership of Purview and HealthMark.

• Proficient to advanced skills in Excel, including familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.

• Ability to analyze data from a business perspective and identify anomalies.

• Analytical mindset with a desire to explore trends and uncover opportunities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-reliant and organized, capable of managing recurring deadlines and KPI-driven tasks.

• Eagerness to enhance processes and grow alongside the organization.

• Entry-level experience or coursework in accounting or finance is beneficial, though not mandatory.

• Familiarity with Maxio (SaaSOptics) is a significant advantage.

• Previous exposure to billing, invoicing, collections, or accounts receivable in any role.

• Experience utilizing AI to enhance processes.

• Must be aware of confidentiality requirements and comply with HIPAA regulations as well as organizational privacy and security policies.

• The role may necessitate access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and/or confidential client data.
