Revenue Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint opportunities and provide actionable insights aimed at boosting sales productivity and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Create, document, and execute strategic initiatives designed to increase productivity, optimize revenue, and improve go-to-market execution.

• Contribute to global projects focused on process and workflow enhancements within revenue operations.

• Engage in annual planning activities, encompassing territory mapping, quota assignments, and organizational management regarding headcount.

• Promote operational excellence throughout forecasting and essential go-to-market functions.

• Utilize sales process applications such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Clari.

• Prepare executive-level presentations that analyze business and sales performance metrics.

• Conduct ongoing analyses and develop scalable, controlled business processes and playbooks.

• Build relationships with teams across Product, Marketing, Commercial Desk, Sales Technologies, and Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consulting or revenue/sales operations.

• Proficient working experience with Salesforce.

• Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a SaaS company, startup, or similar rapidly growing enterprise is highly preferred.

• Must be eligible to work in the country of application.
