This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of recurring sales, pipeline management, forecasting, productivity, and performance reporting.
• Manage dashboards and reporting tools, integrating data from various sources while addressing data-quality challenges.
• Evaluate pipeline metrics, closing rates, sales velocity, client performance, pricing strategies, and market segments.
• Provide insights into performance indicators and identify actionable opportunities.
• Assist in forecasting and planning through detailed analysis of pipeline metrics, productivity, capacity, territories, quotas, and commissions.
• Support standard pricing, guarantees, impact analysis, and Deal Desk operations within established protocols.
• Oversee reporting and analytical requests from leaders in Growth and Client Success.
• Convert business requirements into precise specifications for Salesforce and other Growth tools.
• Aid in the testing and implementation of Growth tools.
• Enhance recurring tasks through improved documentation, streamlined processes, automation, and quality control measures.
• Report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborate with teams in Sales Enablement, Growth Strategy, Finance, Data Enablement, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing.
• 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, analytics, or a similar area.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is required.
• A meticulous and practical approach to data management, including thorough verification of work, questioning inconsistencies, and documenting assumptions.
• Ability to interpret data beyond mere report generation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring deadlines and requests from various stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical teams.
• A curious mindset, sound judgment, and a desire to enhance processes.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Experience with Gong, Apollo, Slack, Salesforce, Sigma, or other business intelligence platforms, SQL, pricing or Deal Desk support, and workflow automation is beneficial but not mandatory.
